Laurie Canter Tour School Last week Laurie Canter successfully regained his European Tour card after finishing in 6th place at final stage of the European Tour Qualifying school. A strong field of 156 players that included ex-Ryder Cup players as well as multiple tour winners were competing for 25 spots to secure their playing rights for the 2020 season. Laurie shot rounds of 68, 71, 70, 70, 66 and 67 for a total of 412 which was -16 under par and easily secured his card. This is a massive achievement for Laurie as he has managed to regain his tour card for the fourth time in five years when visiting the Q School. A big well done to Laurie from everyone at Cumberwell Park and I’m sure you will join us in wishing him the best of luck for the upcoming 2020 season.
