Modernising Golf's Rules
Last week the R&A proposed some key changes to the Rules of Golf from 2019. Their Rules Modernisation initiative has been underway for a few years now and this is the next stage in that process. The aim is to not only make the Rules easier to understand, but also to address some of the game's current problems, such as speed of play, and ensure they fit the needs of today's game.

Ladies Group Lessons - Starting Friday, 10 March
We have a NEW ladies group lesson starting on Friday, 10 March between 11:00am and 12:00pm. The sessions are aimed at beginner and improver golfers. The four week course costs £40 per head and will cover many aspects of the game. To book, please call the shop on 01225 862332.

Details for our 2017 Junior Academy have now been finalised and are available from the pro shop. The junior academy is a structured coaching programme that runs on Monday's after school during term time.

A great way to welcome in the new captains of each section and the new season, a fun mixed Texas Scramble that groups members from each section together in a team event. At only £7.50 per person (including some hot grub!!) it's a bargain - Enter on your section's notice board.
